The apartment is located in the West Golf area of ​​El Gouna. El Gouna is located on the Red Sea in the Governorate of the Red Sea in Egypt, 20 kilometers north of Hurghada. Part of the Red Sea Riviera and host to the El Gouna Film Festival, El Gouna has 10 kilometers of coastline and is made up of 20 islands surrounded by lagoons. The city is 25 kilometers from Hurghada International Airport, but the city also has its own private airport. El Gouna is also known as the greenest city in Egypt and the most eco-friendly city in all of Egypt. El Gouna buildings were designed by many influential European and American architects to resemble traditional rural Egyptian architecture, as found in the Egyptian countryside and in Nubian Villages can be found. El Gouna specializes in water sports such as diving, windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing, parasailing and snorkeling. The town also houses a small museum with around 90 exhibits (including replicas of statues and an exhibition hall with contemporary Egyptian paintings by Hussein Bikar), which opened in 1996. Other attractions and activities in the city include a small aquarium, go-kart track, paintball arena, tennis courts, horse stables and a football stadium. The local soccer team El Gouna FC currently plays in the Egyptian Premier League. It also has a mosque and a Coptic Church, the Church of St. Mary and the Archangels, an annual film festival was established in 2017, the El Gouna Film Festival, which attracts many Egyptian film stars and also hosts some international stars.
